Each coupon code is good for the entire order.
Your coupon code may or may not be used for sale items depending on the sale.

- Your Website, Social Media Accounts, or Blogs — have fun with it!
- Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc…
- On graphics and flyers for distribution

Where NOT post your code?

On any @adrenalineoffroadoutfitters SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS, AS A PAID AD, OR IN ANY FORUMS. (Captions / Comments) 

On any coupon/discount websites

On any 3rd party website.

**The consequences of posting your code elsewhere will result in the decline of payment for those sales made and suspension or termination of your account**  

Program Behavior Requirements:

All active Ambassadors/Reps must represent the company in a positive way inside and outside the program. 

Example: A Rep who states their affiliation with Adrenaline Offroad on their social media pages should not talk poorly or attack others on social media or they could be subject to ejection from the Program.

Behavior that interferes with or undermines the level of teamwork and collegial respect that are critical to a safe group environment will be ejected from the program. People that promote violence, hate speech, weapons, drugs, etc. will also be declined or removed. 

Relationship:

You will have no authority to bind yourself to the company in any way. Adrenaline Offroad will not be responsible for any taxes that you owe arising out of your relationship with Adrenaline Offroad as set forth in this Agreement. Adrenaline Offroad will not withhold any taxes from the commissions paid to you.

Additional Restrictions on Promotion

The Adrenaline Offroad affiliate program is designed for affiliates to promote via their legitimate channels of influence only. Promotion via paid traffic (including any adword campaign), re-targeting, discount and/or coupon site, or any other method that in the sole discretion of Adrenaline Offroad is not in accordance with the letter and spirit of these terms and conditions will result in any commissions so resulting being denied and puts your continued participation in the program in jeopardy.

Legal Compliance

All affiliates must comply with all federal, state and local regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes applicable governing marketing emails (ie CAN-SPAM Act), and all other anti-spam laws. Adrenaline Offroad reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates from our affiliate program at any time, without warning. Upon termination you agree to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners and promotional materials provided to you by Adrenaline Offroad. Affiliates terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will also have commissions revoked.
